JECT is at the forefront of the movement to make Botox and other non-invasive aesthetic medical procedures more accessible, more affordable and frankly more fun. Devon and Gabby approached me in Fall of 2018 with their plans, and with their combined backgrounds (Devon in marketing and branding and Gabby a board-certified, New York-licensed Physician Assistant with extensive experience working along top Plastic Surgeons) I jumped at the opportunity to design something new and refreshing in an industry that feels stale. JECT's goal was to create an environment that feels as warm and inviting as a spa and as trustoworthy as a medical office, so the branding started with those pillars in mind. The logo is clean and sophisticated and lives in a gender-neutral palette of emerald green, beige, white and black with accents of gold. Casting and art direction is focused on the unexpected: real people with natural hair and makeup and minimal retouching, reinforcing the truth that men and women of all ages are investing in their skin with these services. The brand voice is informative and playful with the goal to educate their clients and eliminate the taboo associated with Botox.
