Sold Out was founded in New York with a unique strategy of limited-edition items that, once they sell out, are never re-created. Key to the brand DNA is that the collections are created for women, by women and inspired by a desire for ladies to be proudly a part of the social conversation. Sold Out is about fashion, quality, community and a good laugh and I knew upon my first conversation with founder Kiane Von Mueffling that it would be a great match. Sold Out was off to a solid start but needed design support in a variety of ways to evolve the brand and keep momentum going. Our partnership started as typography, color and design consulting on products and expanded into a website overhaul, new branding elements, packaging, social graphics, digital marketing and product design.
